Individual Counselling

I offer a caring and confidential space where clients can share their life challenges.  A non-judgmental and emphatic environment where you will feel heard and understood, while exploring your thoughts, feelings, and emotions through counselling.

I believe that through the process you will make sense of your situation and find a solution that will enable you to live a more meaningful and productive life.

My Approach

I am an integrative counsellor which means that I incorporate an appropriate relationship by using theories from other disciplines, such as the Psychodynamic which looks at your past, Transactional Analysis which helps clients build their relationship in a better way, by understanding yourself, how you relate to others and help you build healthy relationships. The Person-Centred relationship helps me to journey with you in an empathic and non-judgemental way as we explore what is going on in your life. I will support you in an unbiased way to make, the changes that may help you move towards your personal growth. I also incorporate methods that help you understand how your childhood impact you today.

I also use different creative styles in my work to enable you to explore and understand yourself and your situation better.

I also use different creative approaches such as the use of nesting eggs and cards to explore parts of self, childhood, adulthood, and relationships. Both in person and online, I may also engage you in grounding exercise such as breathing exercises.
